Tax Professionals conduct an in-depth interview with the client and obtains all information and material required for tax return preparation. Fully communicates to client the procedures, paperwork, and timeframes applicable to the service being provided.  Accurately prepares all paperwork and completes all required data entry according to office policy and procedure.

Receptionist coordinates and manages the initial greeting of clients, incoming phone calls, and the appointment log.  Passes out completed returns and makes client packets.  The receptionist should also handle other clerical duties as assigned.  These duties may include, but are not limited to, ordering and organizing office supplies, processing client mailings and making coffee for the waiting area.


Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Accounting Assistant will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The accountant assistant must be familiar with accounting procedures and should have experience with accounting software programs (like QuickBooks). The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions, handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience required.


Marketing Team Members assist with planning and implementing marketing and public relations programs to increase name brand awareness and grow the business. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth. You will also work with Social and Digital Media Platforms, video creation and distribution, blogging and a variety of other marketing initiatives.
